The DEV Women's Competitive Gymnastics coach will work with athletes to safely execute gymnastics skills and build their self-esteem. This person will be reliable, compassionate, energetic and be flexible and adaptable to change.
We are seeking a part-time (8-16 hours per week), reliable, compassionate, energetic person to coach in our DEV Women's Competitive Gymnastics program at our Blaine/Ham Lake location. Competitive experience preferred in USAG levels 3-5, but not required. There will be an opportunity for growth for this position within this program. You must be available to work evenings and weekends and be flexible and adaptable to change.

We have a great opportunity for someone that wants to teach in our Leap-N-Learn Academic Preschool Program. This teaching position will begin with the 2024-2025 school year. Job responsibilities may include setting up the classroom, lesson planning and prep, leading group time, communicating with parents, and working together with co-workers to create a positive environment for the children to learn and play. This teacher would work 2-3 days a week, depending on availability and scheduling needs. Requirements of the position include having worked 4,160 hours in a licensed childcare facility and 24 additional quarter credits in specified MN State approved courses. Variances may be granted if approved by state licensing. The starting pay rate for this position is $18-$19 per hour, based on experience level.

The Recreational Gymnastics Coach will teach their athletes how to safely execute gymnastics skills and build the athlete’s self-esteem, thereby producing LIFE CHAMPIONS. Whether you were a gymnast, are the parent of a gymnast, or have no experience in the sport, we can train you to be a gymnastics coach!

We are hiring in our Customer Care Representative (CCR) department! The location and number of hours can be based on your availability. Applicants should let us know if you are interested in either working 30-40 hours per week at the Blaine/Ham Lake AND Anoka/Ramsey locations OR working 15-20 hours per week at either location. Qualified candidates should be 18 years old or older, have a positive and friendly attitude, and have exemplary customer service skills.
This position requires working a variety of day, evening and weekend shifts. Please do not apply if you are not available on weekends (Friday-Sunday).

We have a position open for a part-time (6-12 hours per week) Facilities Assistant to work in our Facilities Department at both of our locations. This person will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and comfortable environment in our facilities for customers and employees. The Ninja program is growing!! Because of this, we are looking to hire someone to be a part-time support to the Ninja Director. Some of your responsibilities would be the Ninja knowledge videos, address parent concerns, float in classes, train coaches and give feedback, create and communicate set ups, deep clean the ninja area, plan and attend the coach meetings, help with the Ninja Show and Ninja competitions, implement education and trainings for coaches, coordinate the certificate and skill card process, help develop and maintain the Jam Hops culture, and more!
